Dear Sirs: I am searching for the marriage of my wife’s grandparents, John Standfast and Eliza Hopper at an Episcopal church on Manhattan about 1877-78. I think they lived about west 23rd St. What Episcopal church served that area then and how should I go about looking up their marriage? Thankyou, Sincerely yours, Theodore P. Wright, Jr.

i m a girl of 17 years old, i wanted to ask if u can help me with some financial help in my studies. since i live in pakistan. there is alot of discrimintaion. my parents donot have high salaries and we are just 3 sisters and no brother so according to our culture we cannot even work till we are 18 so all the burden goes to my father. everyday my parents have fight on financial isues. and my mama is planning to stop my studies for my elder sisters sake. i want to go abroad for studies but since i dont have resources i cannot find solution to that also.
secondly i am a student leader here of n organisation, YCS (young cgristian students). i run it for the empowerment of christians in pakistan. we protest against persecution with our christian fellows.for that purpose also when my parents had good jobs and salaries they could help me. but now they connot afford expenses for that also.
i have members of my organisation like around 200 young students of my age.
kindly see if u can help me with any of the above problems. kindly dont refuse little or watever but please help me sumhow. i have this earnest request. i have very good leadership and communication skills also m doing my CIE advanced levels studies right now. major in Britain law.

Please join me in the following prayer. I kept on weeping while I was typing this prayer.
On 16th Jan. 2011 was the funeral service of the Christian boy named Waqas, who was sodomized and tortured before killing. After killing, they dumped his body in sewerage drainage canal (nulla) near to my residence. It was one of the largest funeral procession which I had attended. Due to my security, usually I stay away from large gatherings. Terrorists love to attack large gatherings. In this way they can kill many in one attempt.
Christians remained peaceful. They kept on shouting Jesus…Jesus…and hang the killers. Policeman named Amir Butt was the main person. He and his friends sodomized the boy, tortured and killed him. Amir Butt and his one friend is arrested and others are hiding.
You may see this story on Pakistani news channels and news papers.

Dear God, I thank you for all the blessings and every thing you have given to me.
I am humbly requesting you to look upon the miseries of Christians living in Pakistan.

John Alexander is in miserable condition. Bullets are in his body. Those need to be removed by surgery. He don’t have the money for surgery and I don’t have either. But you have. When you are going to help? His tears have melted my heart. He has come from the other side. He has accepted the Jesus Christ as his savior. He is responsible husband and father of two kids. People of the other side has made his life miserable.

Few days back some men from the other side, sodomized a 16years’ old Christian boy, they tortured him and killed him. You have seen all of this. When you are going to act? How long we’ll keep on dying?
